EAST LIVERPOOL -- The Orchards of East Liverpool and The Orchards Rehab Suites have achieved 5 Stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in both Overall Rating and Quality Measures, recognizing the organization's commitment to quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care.
The achievement continues a tradition of service that began when the Fox family chose to care for an ailing loved one at home in 1952. The Orchards of East Liverpool and The Orchards Rehab Suites opened in 2018, carrying that family legacy forward while meeting the community's evolving healthcare needs.
