Several upgrades were made to the Richmond Garden in Chester that will reduce the need for maintenance in the future. Jeremiah Minger of J-Minger Landscaping & Lawn Care removed all the undergrowth that required constant weeding and replaced it with landscaping fabric and river gravel. Since Minger donated his labor, the only expense to the Chester Garden Club that maintains the garden was the cost of the materials.
