Fifth-generation East Liverpool native Rev. Robert Dale Walter and his wife, Sandra Lee Pollock Walter, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary June 5 at their home in San Jose, Calif.

The event was attended by family and friends and hosted by their son, Dale L., and wife Tonya N. Walter, and their daughter, Esther J., and husband George Pritchard.

“Each for the other and both for the Lord” has been their guiding principle for 60 years.
