The Rotary Club gave a donation that went toward the purchase of the new umbrellas. The display is in honor of the Fourth of July and in recognition of East Liverpool being named an America250 city. A celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of America will be held downtown Saturday, July 11. The Gills spearheaded the creation of Umbrella Alley about five years ago.
