CALCUTTA — Camp Fire staff presented their “Salute to Hospitalized Veterans” program to first grade classes at Beaver Local School this week.

Students created cards for hospitalized veterans while learning about the value of giving service and the meaning of Memorial Day and honoring veterans.

The project was made possible through the generosity of the East Liverpool Elks Lodge 258, Mr. Robert Courter and The Widow’s Sons Riding Association.
