A beginner oil painting workshop is coming up at the Upper Ohio Valley Museum and Learning Center at the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame in Downtown East Liverpool. Local artist Sheri Liebschner, pictured, will be leading two sessions April 30 and May 7 from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants may attend one or both sessions. All supplies are included. Participants will be painting Italian landscapes and will learn everything from toning the canvas to finishing their work. The cost for each session is $35 and a portion of the fee will benefit the Hall of Fame. Preregistration and prepayment are required.
