Long’s Run Trinity Presbyterian Church had a full house for the recent Young at Heart program. Participants enjoyed lunch, a presentation on getting better sleep by RN and Valley Parish Nurse Ministry Director Janet Peterson and dancing led by Polly Bonner. There was also a drawing for door prizes. Bingo is planned for the next Young at Heart program April 23 at 12:30 p.m. The event is free and open to all.
