Care and Share Community Club names February Senior of the Month
Dakota Dotson
WELLSVILLE – Dakota Dotson has been named the Care and Share Community Club Senior of the Month for February. She is the daughter of Lacey and Shaun Dotson of Wellsville.
Dakota has been a committed member of the school’s Science Club for two years, actively participating in activities that foster curiosity and critical thinking. Her involvement reflects her steady interest in learning and her willingness to contribute to group efforts. She approaches every responsibility with focus and determination, always getting her work done and never causing a problem. Teachers consistently recognize her reliability and strong work ethic.
Academically, Dakota has earned outstanding recognition. She has been invited to 3.75 Honors and has consistently achieved honor roll status, reflecting her commitment to maintaining high academic standards. She is also an Ohio State Fall Qualifier in Microsoft PowerPoint where she placed second.
In addition to her academic and school contributions, Dakota has volunteered in her community. For the past two years, she has volunteered to wash local police cruisers with the Science Club.
Dakota is unsure of her plans after high school.
