Barnyard Buddies 4-H Club celebrate an exciting month
The Barnyard Buddies 4-H Club had a productive and exciting month, highlighted by a successful fern fundraiser that brought in a thrilling total of $4,328. The club’s top sellers, Jett Sanor, Hali Sanor and Claire Bloss, were recognized for their outstanding efforts and contribution to the fundraiser’s ultimate success. Advisors also prepared for the 4-H season by handing out project books, helping everyone get organized and guide everyone through the progress of their projects. In addition, the group spent time filling Easter eggs with candy for local Easter egg hunts, helping bring joy to younger members and children in the community. Overall, the month was filled with teamwork, preparation, and community spirit.
The Barnyard Buddies also recently hosted a lively and successful line dance, bringing together around 70 attendees for a fun-filled evening. Participants of all ages gathered to enjoy a variety of songs while also having the opportunity to learn two line dances taught by Abby Ferguson. Adding to the evening’s success, a few club members took charge of the concession stand, providing snacks and drinks throughout the night. The event proved to be a great opportunity for the community to come together and have fun.
