A Hancock County 4-H club is collecting hams for local residents. The Newellies, which consists of members from northern Hancock County and western Pennsylvania, are accepting cash donations and hams until March 24, which will be distributed to the first 30 heads of household that sign up. The Newellies are a community-based 4-H club based in Hancock County with members hailing from northern Hancock County and western Pennsylvania. There are no geographic restrictions to receive a ham. According to Nikki Hurst, there are no geographic requirements to receive the hams that are being distributed later this month.
