Caleigh Eells will be representing Beaver Local High School at the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Conference (HOBY) this June at John Carroll University. Founded in 1958, HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop the global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. Their leadership programs are designed to educate, motivate and activate students, giving them the tools they need to turn their ideas into action and reach their goals.
