EAST LIVERPOOL — The Beaver Creek Area Association of REALTORS (BCAAR) held its Annual Meeting on Feb. 12 at the East Liverpool Country Club. Following a buffet brunch, members and affiliate members heard presentations from Ohio REALTORS President Mic Gordon, Berkshire Hathaway Broker and Ohio Real Estate Commission President Marlin Palich, BCAAR President-Elect Frank Kostik, and association Chief Executive Dale Meller.

Officers and directors for 2026 were elected and installed.

BCAAR, headquartered in East Liverpool, consists of 175 REALTORS in Columbiana and Mahoning counties. BCAAR members are also members of the state association, Ohio REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
