Daytime on-ramp closure

Upcoming daytime on-ramp closure for State Route 11 southbound from State Route 154

Beginning Monday, Dec. 22, the southbound on-ramp from State Route 154 to State Route 11 will be closed daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for tree trimming operations.

The detour is SR 154 west to U.S. 30 east in Lisbon, then continue on U.S. 30 east to the SR 11 southbound/U.S. 30 eastbound on-ramp, returning to SR 11 south/U.S. 30 east.

This daytime closure will remain in effect through Jan. 2, 2026, excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

In the event of a snow and ice event, the ramp will remain open to allow crews to perform necessary duties to plow and treat routes in Columbiana County.
