Rylee has distinguished herself through a wide range of academic, extracurricular, and community achievements. Rylee was a proud participant in the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce Youth Leadership Program and represented her school at the prestigious American Legion Auxiliary Rhododendrons Girls State. A dedicated scholar, she is a member of the National Honor Society, where she serves as secretary, and actively contributes to both the Pep Club and Science Club. Her passion for the arts shines through her four-year involvement in the OGHS Little Theater, while her athleticism is evident in her two-year commitment to the cheer team and her two-year commitment to the swim team, where she is a returning letterman. Outside of school, Rylee has been dancing for 15 years and is a valued member of the Dance Force Elite’s competition squad, showcasing her talent and discipline on stage. During the summer months, she works on her family’s produce farm, where she learns valuable lessons about hard work, responsibility, and the importance of growing and selling fresh, local produce.
After graduation, Rylee plans to attend a four-year college to pursue a degree in biomedical engineering, where she hopes to combine her love of science and innovation to make a meaningful impact in the medical field.
