Job fair connects job seekers to employers in East Liverpool

EAST LIVERPOOL — Flying HIGH Inc., in partnership with OhioMeansJobs, hosted a job fair Tuesday at the East Liverpool Administration Office, Westgate School. The event connected job seekers with 15 employers and community organizations, featuring companies from a variety of industries and social service providers offering resources to help individuals overcome barriers to employment.
Participating organizations included Catholic Charities, Chucks Home Care Agency LLC, East Liverpool City Hospital, Fiesta Tableware Company, Fresh Mark Inc., Home Instead, Inc., Marsh Bellofram Companies, Mountaineer Casino Resort, Ohio State Highway Patrol, PHD Manufacturing, Inc., STG Communication Services, Inc., WalMart, Inc., OhioMeansJobs, Recovery Resource Center, and Flying HIGH, Inc.
“Events like this are a win-win for both job seekers and employers,” said Jeff Magada, Founder and Executive Director of Flying HIGH, Inc. “It’s about creating meaningful connections that lead to career opportunities and stronger communities.”
The job fair is part of Flying HIGH Inc.’s broader workforce development mission, which includes vocational training, job placement assistance, and supportive services to help individuals achieve long-term success. Job seekers can continue to access resources through Flying HIGH’s PDC Job Placement Welcome Centers and OhioMeansJobs locations.
