District Gov. Kimberly Weiss recently visited the East Liverpool Rotary Club and presented two certificates of achievement to the club. The first certificate awarded the club the title “Club of Excellence” for meeting most of its goals over the past year and for being an excellent example of “service above self.” The second certificate recognized the club’s support of the environment through its pollinator garden, which is located behind the EL Area Community and Learning Center.
