The Yellow Creek Township trustees will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 16 at the township hall on Oak Ridge Road concerning the road renewal levy resolution.

Barnyard Buddies 4-H Club

The Barnyard Buddies 4-H Club recently took a field trip to the University of Mount Union Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center. The visit was both enjoyable and educational. The knowledgeable tour guide, Adam, welcomed the group and gave a fascinating presentation about various plants and animals. Members learned about native, non-native, and invasive plants. After the presentation, the members were sent on a scavenger hunt to identify some plants. They then enjoyed pizza during the business portion of the club meeting in the pavilion.
