Tops 1957
Tops 1957 of Wellsville met April 23 at Living Well Church, with leader Mary Jarvis opening the meeting with pledges and roll call, and then Connie Hissam leading the group in prayer.
Tops best loser was Hissam. Jarvis was the Kops loser and Peggy Imburgia wore the officers ribbon. Janice Monte won the dimes and Imburgia received a tea towel for losing 3 weeks in a row.
The No-no for the week was potato chips and all Italian foods.
Hissam said the contest is going well. Next week members are to bring in a piece of fruit and have one day during the week where they have no white food.
Barb M read the treasurer's report and Brenda Young read the minutes. There was a correction that Barb Tranter was the biggest loser for last week.
It was decided that area rep Karen will be scheduled during the fall months.
Jami Spring gave the program titled "Spot the Spot" regarding skin cancer.
Tranter read a funny and then Jarvis closed the meeting wishing all a good week.
