EL combined committee meeting
A combined East Liverpool City Council Finance and Labor, Refuse and Recycling/Public Utilities/Franchise Committee meeting has been called by Chairmen Brian Kerr and Fred Rayl for 5:30 p.m. Dec. 4 to discuss a possible water rate increase and to hear from the Board of Public Utilities.
SL Community Christmas Concerts
Southern Local Bands and Chorus will present their annual Community Christmas Concerts Saturday in conjunction with Salineville's Light Up Night Parade. The concerts are hosted by the United Methodist Church and will last about 30 minutes each. All events are free and open to the public. They will include the fifth-to-seventh- grade bands at 3 p.m. followed by the high school band and chorus at 4 p.m. with the parade along Main Street at 5 p.m.
