LISBON -- The Columbiana County Agricultural Society Wednesday held elections for the new three-year term of board directors.
Six individuals applied for the five seats. The five candidates elected (and their total votes): were Amanda Moore, Franklin Township, 71; Richard Boyd, Salem Township, 59; Dale Cusick, Unity Township, 59; Keith Hawk, West Township, 47; and Mark Rudebock, Salem Township, 36. Anthony Cope, Hanover Township, finished with 30 votes.
Agricultural society members cast a total of 88 votes.
The elected directors will be sworn in at the Oct. 18 meeting, with terms commencing in November.
