Museum of Ceramics to host ‘An Evening Tribute to Judge Dominic Frank’

EAST LIVERPOOL - Dominic Frank had an appreciation for the local arts scene as well as an enthusiasm for the charitable activities of local police. In this spirit, his family and friends have planned an event to honor and remember not only the former East Liverpool Municipal Court judge, but also the former attorney and former member of the St. Clair Township Police Department.
Frank passed away in early 2022, but will be forever remembered in the community for his kindness to many.
"An Evening Tribute to Judge Dominic Frank" is scheduled at the Museum of Ceramics from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. June 22. During the event, a formal oil portrait of Dominic will be displayed, local artists will also be showing their work, and a Chinese auction will be held to benefit the "Cops and Kids" program of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 210.
Participating artists to date include Barrie Smith Archer, Elizabeth Babb, Brad Cowsert, Nancy Hawkins, Rebecca Hawkins, Tazio Hilbert, Sheri Liebschner, Ruth March, Lora Russell, Paula Smith, Vito Weeda and Craig Wetzel. In addition, to date, Attorney John Gamble, Attorney Charley Kidder, Hoi Wah Yu and Daniel Winston along with the Columbiana County Young Democrats have agreed to donate items for the auction.
The event is free and the public is encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
Donations for "Cops and Kids" are being gratefully accepted.
The Museum is located at 400 E. Fifth St., East Liverpool.
