CCCTC’s Bring Your ‘A’ Game focuses on accountability in April

LISBON - For the 2022-23 school year, the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center has continued to implement an engaging curriculum for developing the foundational workplace skills of work ethics called Bring Your "A" Game. The initiative focuses on helping students develop social and emotional awareness while developing critical workplace soft skills and work ethic. During the month of March, the CCCTC focused on Appreciation. The students did lessons on making sure they recognize that consumers decide which businesses they will support based on the service employees provide, being gracious at work, treating customers in a way that lets them know they are always respected, smiling on a regular basis, and identifying behaviors that go beyond the basic levels of customer service. Each month throughout the school year, the CCCTC focused on developing another "A" game attribute. During the Month of April, the CCCTC focused on Accountability by living honestly, having integrity with every decision being made, and refusing to rationalize bad decisions.
