The Calcutta Rotary Club met Thursday at the Peter Metrovich Community Center. Three Beaver Local students were honored at the meeting for their community service. Jessi Eisenhart, the daughter of Mark and Barb Eisenhart, was selected as the March student of the month. Ryan Tice, son of Mark and Juli Tice, was honored as the student of the month for April. The May student of the month is Emma Joseph, daughter of Chris and Kelly Joseph. Superintendent Eric Lowe introduced each student and asked them to say a few words about their future plans and also acknowledged each student’s desire to serve others through community service.
