East Liverpool City Council will hold committee meetings on April 25 at city hall beginning with Finance/Labor at 3 p.m. followed by Refuse & Recycling/Public Utilities/Franchise at 3:30 p.m., Planning/Expansion at 4 p.m., and Streets/Land & Buildings at 5 p.m.
All you can eat breakfast
New Franklin United Methodist Church, located at the corner of state routes 172 and 183, will host its annual all you can east pancake and sausage breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. April 22. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children and free for children under 6 years
The Kenny Rogers Band
Beaver Valley Community Concert association presents "Through the Years" with the Kenny Rogers Band featuring Don Gatlin at 7:30 p.m. May 3 at Beaver Falls Middle School. Gatlin, longtime friend of Kenny Rogers, has joined Rogers' original band to present a timeless song catalog while sharing the untold stories from his illustrious career. Rogers was a GRAMMY Award-winning superstar that entertained fans for six decades. Selling over 120 million albums worldwide, he is one of the best-selling male artists of all-time. Far from a tribute band or standard tribute show, this show pays respect to the country music legend with the people he called "friend" and shared both the stage and memories with throughout his career.
