EAST LIVERPOOL --The Board of Directors of the HHH Foundation has announced Kim Hohlmayer has been appointed to serve as the director of the Arts and Crafts program at the East Liverpool Area Community & Learning Center. The Center is located at 110 Maine Boulevard, next to the East Liverpool High School complex.
An open house introducing Hohlmayer to the community will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 29 at the Center. Visitors will also be able to see the Center Art Room complex in the Children's Wing of the Center. Hohlmayer expects to initially limit the number of students to about 15 per class although the main classroom can accommodate 30 or more students at a time.

There is also no charge for any materials which are being donated by Hohlmayer and a patron of the Center.
Hohlmayer is also available to teach adults or group classes privately at the Art Room for a fee. Her favorite field of art is handcrafting. She may also be available to speak before local clubs and organizations. The local Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Scout Pack 43 and the Guardians of the Children all presently hold their meetings at the Community Center.
During the open house, parents will be able to reserve a place for their children for art and craft lessons. Initially classes will be held on Saturday afternoons and on Thursdays. Students from the entire tri state area are welcome. This includes school systems of Beaver Local, East Liverpool, Wellsville, Hancock County and Midland, PA. Home schoolers and pre-school children are also welcome.
There is no charge for the open house. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
