CHESTER, W.Va. -- A spaghetti dinner and music benefit takes place 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Feb. 15, at The White Stallion, 2701, Lincoln Hwy. Cost for dinner is $10. Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle will be held. No cover charge.
