EAST LIVERPOOL — Always Best Care of Columbiana and Mahoning Counties of East Liverpool today announced the notification from the Area Agency on Aging of a grant award to assist residents of Mahoning County. Pamela Puorro, RNC Director/Owner of Always Best Care stated the grant award was in response to this year’s annual grant process to provide homemaking services and personal care services through an application for Social Funding offer by the Area Agency on Aging.
