EAST LIVERPOOL -- Ken Perkins, registered representative with Tri-State Financial Services, recently was recognized as one of the top 300 Financial Advisors affiliated with Cetera Advisor Networks.
Perkins was recognized for his efforts in the 2017 calendar year. Of the 2,586 advisors associated with Cetera Advisor Networks in 2017, Perkins ranked in the top 12 percent nationwide earning him the title of a Presidents Conference Qualifier.
Perkins also was the leading advisor with SBS Brokerage Services, LLC of Carnegie, Pa. Since becoming affiliated with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC in September 2013, Perkins has been a perennial Presidents Conference Qualifier.
Ken Perkins, Tri-State Financial Services was established in March 1985 as a MetLife Affiliate and continued as an affiliate of MetLife until 2013 when the independent Broker Dealer division was sold to Cetera Advisor Networks. Perkins has qualified annually for Leaders or Presidents conferences since 1985.
Perkins was recognized as a Presidents Conference Qualifier with Cetera Advisor Networks, LLC at the "Connect 18" conference in San Antonio, Texas, where he and his wife Becky attended a four-day conference (Aug. 22-25) with industry leaders from throughout the United States.
In 2017, Perkins added more than $10 million in new investments to his $100 million-plus of assets currently under management. Currently in 2018 Perkins is on track to meet his goal of $1 million monthly in new deposits with over $10 million deposits as of Aug. 31.
The conference included innovator and author Josh Linkner; Cetera CEO RJ Moore; investment partners GenStar Capital; financial analyst Gene Goldman; Karl Rove, former deputy chief of staff and senior advisor to President George W. Bush; former U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer; former chief economist for CNBC, Dr. Marci Rossell; inspirational speaker Dr. Rick Rigsby; and National Geographic photographer DeWitt Jones.
