WELLSVILLE -- Gregory Q. Carter of Wellsville has been named a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Organization in 2017 and one of the Top 40 Lawyers under 40 by the National Black Lawyers Association.
Carter is the son of Quenton Carter and Paula Barz of Wellsville and grandson of the late Byron Carter. He is a 2002 graduate of Wellsville High School; a 2006 graduate of Wittenberg University with a bachelors degree; and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2009.
Carter is currently practicing law for the G. Carter Law Firm in New Orleans, La.
