EAST LIVERPOOL -- Hill International Trucks is announcing the promotions of Stephen Beadnell to Chief Financial Officer and Joseph Wines to Corporate Controller.
Beadnell joined the Hill organization in January 2016 after a career in the banking industry. Prior to Hill International, he was the CFO of non-bank subsidiaries and IT Director for 1st National Community Bank. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. His academic credentials include a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Finance, a Masters degree in Information Systems, and a Doctorate of Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems. He is also a college instructor teaching business and finance for Kent State and the University of Phoenix online.
Wines joined Hill International team as a staff accountant in April 2014. Prior to joining Hill International, he worked as a Treasury Assistant for Murray Energy and completed internships with East Liverpool City Schools treasure's office and a local CPA firm. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Robert Morris University, a Masters degree in Business from Franciscan University and completed Hill International's rigorous Management Trainee program. Additionally, he was a 2014 inductee into the East Liverpool High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
