COLUMBUS – State Rep. Tim Ginter (R-Salem) has hired Bryce A. Miner of Columbiana to his open legislative aide position.

Miner, a 2016 graduate of Youngstown State University, obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, following the Public Management Track. Appointed by Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Miner served 20-14-16 as a student trustee on the YSU Board of Trustees. He was honored as a 2016 recipient of the YSU Pin Award, which recognizes five graduating seniors for their academic, university, and community involvement.

During his collegiate years, Miner worked as an intern for Congressman Bill Johnson (OH-6) in his Salem District Office. Miner will begin the legislative aide position on July 11.

“Mr. Miner’s background and connection with the area will help my office continue to effectively serve the people of Columbiana County in the future,” Ginter said.
