In County Municipal Court Robert C. Cochran, 30, St. Jacobs Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $1,325, had his license suspended for two years, sentenced to 10 days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense, left of center, two counts of loud exhaust and three counts of driving under suspension.
Keith R. Patton, 32, Cortland, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $775, had his license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, open container and unauthorized plate.
An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for Jonathan R. Keyes, 29, 18th Street, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense and improper/expired registration.

Domingo V. Calel, 23, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, credited with 10 days in jail and required 30 hours community service for domestic violence for striking Maria Ajanel in the face on June 21.
Lena Cataldo, 24, Endley Road, Lisbon, was fined $230 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and improper passing.
Brandon J.B. Kiko, 21, Dalton, was fined $100, credited with two days in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for taking money totaling $73 while employed by McGinnis Amusements during the Johnny Appleseed Festival.
Traci Masher, 51, Petersburg-Unity Road, Petersburg, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for driving with a temporary permit without an eligible driver.
Lisa Renae Lalama, 47, East Grant Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for expired license.
Senor L. Felder, 31, Cleveland, was fined $130 for possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation.
An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Brandon A. Klinginsmith, 26, Reeder Avenue, Alliance, cited with driving under suspension.
Gerald E. Marden, 49, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
A driving under suspension citation against Paul N. Swartz, 25, state Route 7, Rogers, was dismissed.
