NEWELL, W.Va. — A pair of Fiesta fanatics were married at the Homer Laughlin retail outlet on Thursday, June 27, 2019. The marriage is the second for both Rhonda and Steve Ogle of Iowa who were in search of a unique place to exchange their vows. Steve jokingly suggested the Homer Laughlin factory and the plan was hatched. This was the couples first trip to Homer Laughlin, despite Rhonda being a fervent collector for over 20 years. The wedding was held in the museum connected to the retail outlet store and was officiated by Mathew Anderson. A cake decorated with Fiesta colored flowers was donated by Frank’s Pastry Shop. A custom bouquet integrating Fiesta salt and pepper shakers was prepared by Bowen’s Hometown Florist. This is the first wedding to ever take place at The Homer Laughlin China Company.
