Jessalyn and Rueben Rockwell

CHESTER – Jessalyn Kay Smith and Rueben Isaiah Rockwell were united in marriage on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at the Chester Church of the Nazarene.

The bride is the daughter of Bob and Debbie Smith and the groom is the son of Dennis and JoMae Rockwell.

The bride was escorted to the alter by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She wore a halter style, floor length white satin pick-up style gown with a jeweled waist. She carried a cascade bouquet of white orchids and roses.

Justin Smith, brother of the bride, was her honor attendant and Megan Nelson was her matron of honor. Bridemaids were Emily Smith, sister-in-law of the bride, and Dulcie Rockwell, sister of the groom. They wore Malibu blue street length dresses and carried bouquets of roses and pine.

Lily Rockwell, twin sister of the groom, was his honor attendant and Aaron Mast was his best man. Groomsmen were Eugene Jones and Thomas Ball and ushers were Ben and Nathan Carpenter. Kailen Barber was ringbearer and Raeleigh Burkhart was the flower girl.

The bride graduated in 2011 from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, and is employed by the Dept. of Job and Family Services.

The groom graduated in 2008 from Wyotech and is employed at Mac Trailer.

A reception at Undo’s followed the ceremony.

They honeymooned in Costa Rica.
