Allison English and Matt Scott

EAST LIVERPOOL — Mark and Mary English of East Liverpool are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Allison English to Matt Scott, son of Dave and Roberta Scott of Boardman.

The bride-elect graduated from East Liverpool High School in 2012. She is a 2016 graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Education. She will earn her Master’s Degree of Science in Educational Administration from YSU in 2020. She is employed as a junior high science teacher with Youngstown City Schools.

The prospective groom is a 2013 graduate of Boardman High School. He received a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Geography at Youngstown State University in 2018. He is employed as a Scientist at TetraTech in Canfield, Ohio.

The June 5, 2020 ceremony will be held at Irons Mill Farmstead in New Wilmington, Pa. with the reception to follow.
