The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lynn Smith of East Liverpool and the late Jerry T. Smith. She is an accountant at J.P. Industrial Products in Lisbon.
A private ceremony will take place July 1, 2017 at the East Liverpool Country Club. Reception to follow.
