EAST LIVERPOOL – Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Kelly of East Liverpool are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Miss Sara Kathryn Kelly, to Mr. Kevin Allen Green.
The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of East Liverpool High School. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Youngstown State University and a Master’s of Science in Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She is employed with the East Liverpool City School District as a preschool teacher.
The future groom is a 1987 graduate from Beaver Local High School. He is employed with The Homer Laughlin China Company as a Maintenance Supervisor.
The couple has planned a wedding for this summer.
