EAST LIVERPOOL – Dan and Helen Cochran of East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their son, Matthew S. Cochran, to Angela Beatty, daughter of Ron and Kathie Beatty of Altoona, Pa.
Miss Beatty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the Master’s College in Los Angeles, Calif. She is Department Manager of Hobby Lobby in Pittsburgh, and owner and designer of Simply Inspired Designs.
Mr. Cochran earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University and attended Ohio Police Officer Training Academy from Youngstown State University. He is employed as a police officer for the Salem Police Department.
The couple is planning an Aug. 12, 2016 ceremony.
