RICHMOND – Chuck and Nancy Argentine of Richmond are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Ryan Howell, son of Dan and Chris Howell of Hammondsville.
Miss Argentine is a 2007 graduate of Edison High School, a 2011 graduate of Eastern Gateway Community College, and a 2013 graduate of Kaplan Career Institute. She is employed by Trinity Heath System as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Mr. Howell is a 2007 graduate of Edison High School and Jefferson County Joint Vocational School, where he was certified in welding and metal fabrication. He is employed by Sterling Mining Co.
The couple is planning an August wedding.
