EAST LIVERPOOL – Melinda Adkins and Michael Smith are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of East Liverpool High School; 2009 graduate of the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center and is currently employed as a Phlebotomist at Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, Pa.
The future groom is the son of Pamela and Charles (Dave) Smith of East Liverpool. He is a 1998 graduate of East Liverpool High School and served in the United States Air Force from 1999-2003. He is currently employed as an Electrician at the Beaver Valley Power Station in Shippingport, Pa.
