EAST LIVERPOOL – Cliff and Jackie Utt of East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lisa Utt, to Patrick Miller, son of Veva June Miller of East Liverpool.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Kent State University, and is currently working at Trinity Hospital in Steubenville as a Physical therapist assistant.
Her fiance is working as a sub contractor for Mahoning County at the Green Building Pros.
The couple plan a Sept 12, 2015 wedding at First Christian Church in Salem. A reception will follow at the Salem Saxon Club.
