EAST LIVERPOOL – John and Linda Hall, along with Randy Thrasher, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie R. Thrasher, to Wynton L. Rayford, son of Willie B. and Karen Rayford of Herndon, Va.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is employed with ServiceLink FNF in Hopewell, PA. in the Administration department.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Westfield High School and is employed with CVS Caremark in Monroeville, PA. as a System Administrator.
Invitations will be sent for a July 4, 2015 wedding at Faith Community Covenant Church in Youngstown, with a reception to follow at the Regency in Austintown.
