The bride to be is the daughter of Richard Bissell II and Bruce and Gina Tatgenhorst, all of East Liverpool. She is a 2009 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is self employed.
The perspective groom is the son of Ron and Joni Volino of East Liverpool. He is a 2007 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is self employed.
They will be united in marriage Aug. 22, 2015, at the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, with a formal reception to follow at Mr. Anthony’s, Youngstown.
