ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. – John and Mary Arnold of Rock Springs, Wyo., are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brogan Antoinette Arnold, to Craig Andrew Steininger, son of Gayle and Orville Steininger of East Liverpool.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Rock Springs High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of California, Merced. She is employed as an Executive Financial Controller at Lewis and Lewis, Inc, of Rock Springs.
The groom-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Beaver Local High School; attended Kent State University and is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is an Enginneer for Warrior Energy Services.
An Aug. 22, 2015 ceremony is planned at Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, Wyo.
