NEW CUMBERLAND – Mr. and Mrs. Tim Hines of New Cumberland, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Makenzie Nicole, to Kyle Emerson Dunbar, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Quinlan of Chester.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Oak Glen High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelors’ degree in Nursing. She obtained her Masters of Science Degree as a family nurse practitioner from Franciscan University in 2013. She is currently employed as a nurse practitioner at Weirton Medical Center Vein Center.
Her fiance is also a 2006 graduate of Oak Glen High School. He graduated in 2010 from Fairmont State University with a degree in Aviation Maintenance Management. He is employed by Timet Corporation in Toronto, Ohio as a production supervisor.
The couple is planning a May 16, 2015 ceremony at St. Joseph’s the Worker Roman Catholic Church in Weirton, W.Va.
