LISBON – Allan and Carol Brown of Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Allison Elizabeth Brown, to Toby Lee Warner, son of Roger and Ellen Warner of Titusville, Pa.
Miss Brown graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mount Union and is a third grade teacher at Southern Local Elementary School in Salineville.
Mr. Warner graduated from Geneva College and the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is an ordained minister and pastor at Gilson Ridge Community Church of the Nazarene.
A July wedding is planned.
