SALEM – James and Cheryl Bates of Salem, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Victoria Ruth Bates to Kyle William Hiscox, son of Kevin and Tammy Hiscox of Lisbon.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of United Local High School. She is employed with Casal’s de Spa and Salon in Howland.
Her Fiance is a 2009 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School. He is employed as a signal maintainer for Norfolk Southern.
The couple plan a Nov. 1, 2014 wedding and reception at the Links at Firestone Farms.
