NEW CUMBERLAND – Rick and Tina Smith of New Cumberland announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Eva Nicole, to Jeffrey Keith Hollidge, son of Jeffrey K. (Keri) Hollidge of Franklin, Pa., and Julie (Allen) Bly of Oil City, Pa.
The bride-to-be graduated in 2007 from Weir High School and graduated in 2011 from Slippery Rock University, where she earned dual degrees in elementary and special education. She also earned a master’s of special education degree, with an emphasis on autism, in 2012 from SRU. She is a fourth grade teacher at Valley Grove Elementary School in Franklin, Pa.
Her finance graduated in 2006 from Oil City High School and attended Clarion University. He graduated from the Mercyhurst Police Academy and is a sheriff deputy with the Venago County (Pa.) Sheriff’s Department.
The couple will be married Jan. 24, 2015 in East Liverpool.
