EAST LIVERPOOL – Debra Dawson Standley and Donald Earl Matthews are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage. The couple feel blessed, believing the Lord has brought them together.
Debra is a Customer Service Representative at Homer Laughlin China Company. Donald is a Sr. Process Engineer at Bemis North America in Akron. They are native residents of East Liverpool.
The couple are active members of Northside Community Church, where the wedding will be held at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 28. The service will be an open church wedding with reception following in the church social room.
