EAST LIVERPOOL – Sue Ingram Stoddard and Sean Christopher Watkins of East Liverpool, are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Sue is the daughter of Elsie Ingram and the late Donald S. Ingram, Sr. of East Liverpool. She is a graduate of ELHS and is employed as an Office Manager and Phlebotomist at Med Health Services, Youngstown.
Sean is the son of James and Pamela Watkins of East Liverpool. He is an ELHS graduate and is employed at Hall China.
The couple is planning a Sept. 27, 2014 ceremony at the First Christian Church in Wellsville.
